Stacey Delano, 37, of Clarence and attendant at the Red Apple, Kwik Fill, 9970 Main St., Clarence, was arrested and charged with the prohibited sale of alcohol to a person under 21 years of age.
Delano was issued an appearance ticket and will return to the Town of Clarence court on a later date.
The other store that was involved in the drinking detail was the Mobil Gas Station and 7-11 located on Main Street, Clarence. This store was among the several that had been check and properly complied with the law.
The attendant at this store denied the sale of alcohol to the underage buyer.
The other store that had made a sale was Ron’s Gas-Rite on Broadway in Alden. Attendant Sandra Lukasczyk, 56, of Alden, was also arrested and charged with the prohibited sale of alcohol to a person under 21 years of age.
She was also issued a ticket and will appear in Town of Alden Court on a later date.

The underage buyers that are sent in are usually students that receive permission from their parents to to be involved in the underage drinking detail and are not allowed to have any sort of criminal record.
All of the participants are under the age of 21 and are instructed on what to do. Janjowiak said, “It’s straight forward, they’re just sent in. There’s no fake ID. They just purchase the alcohol.”
