Just Buffalo Literary Center announces 2013-14 Babel season

BUFFALO - Just Buffalo Literary Center is excited to announce its 2013-2014 BABEL season.

The seventh year of this popular and groundbreaking series of lectures by and conversations with internationally-renowned authors will feature Richard Blanco on Oct. 22, Amy Tan on Nov. 22, Suzan-Lori Parks on March 11, and Abraham Verghese on April 8.

All of the lectures and conversations will be presented at Kleinhans Music Hall in Buffalo.

Tickets are now available, with a special early bird rate in effect until May 15.

Tickets may be purchased securely online with PayPal at justbuffalo.org, by calling 832-5400 or in person at Just Buffalo’s Market Arcade location, suite 202A, 617 Main St., Buffalo.

Pricing with the early bird special is: $90 season subscription, including one general admission ticket to each event; $160 season pair; $250 patron subscription, includes admission to catered author reception and reserved seating at event; $450 patron pair; $85 each if you purchase three or more general admission subscriptions together.

After May 15 prices are $100 general admission, $175 general admission pair, $275 patron and $475 patron pair.

Ticket orders will be acknowledged by mail and will be mailed to subscribers in September.
