New York Army National Guard Promotions

Major General Patrick A. Murphy, the adjutant deneral for the State of New York, announces the promotion of members of the New York Army National Guard in recognition of their capabilities for additional responsibility and leadership.

•Tyler Woodring, from Colden, serving with the 105th Military Police Company is promoted to the rank of Private.

•Juan Broyles, from Lockport, serving with the 222nd Military Police Company is promoted to the rank of Private.

•Joshua Beats, from Elma, serving with the 222nd Military Police Company is promoted to the rank of Specialist.

•Ian Mackowski, from Amherst, serving with the 222nd Military Police Company is promoted to the rank of Specialist.

•Michael Trudeau, from East Amherst, serving with the Company A (Engineer), 27th Brigade Special Troops Battalion is promoted to the rank of Specialist.

•David Cartwright, from Lewiston, serving with the Camp Smith Training Site is promoted to the rank of Sergeant First Class.

•Matthew Rye, from Akron, serving with the Company A, 2-108th Infantry is promoted to the rank of Private First Class.

•Michael Smith, from Springville, serving with the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 27th Brigade Special Troops Battalion is promoted to the rank of Staff Sergeant.

•Anthony Marano, from Buffalo, serving with the Troop C, 2-101 Cavalry (Reconnaissance, Surveillance and Target Acquisition) is promoted to the rank of Private First Class.

•Zachery Dolce, from Grand Island, serving with the Troop C, 2-101 Cavalry (Reconnaissance, Surveillance and Target Acquisition) is promoted to the rank of Private.

•Alexander Heft, from Buffalo, serving with the Troop C, 2-101 Cavalry (Reconnaissance, Surveillance and Target Acquisition) is promoted to the rank of Private.
