LoStracco named administrator at Our Lady of Peace

Thomas R. LoStracco has been named Administrator of the Our Lady of Peace (OLP) Nursing Care Residence.

The announcement was made by Mount St. Mary’s Hospital and Health Center President Judith A. Maness.

LoStracco was the administrator of OLP when it was initially opened in 2003. He also previously served as administrator of the Schoellkopf Health Center and at the Mount St. Mary Long Term Care DeVeaux Manor. A Certified Public Accountant, LoStracco is a graduate of Niagara University.

LoStracco and his wife Karen are residents of Youngstown.
